Though not every gluten-free bakery or vegetarian restaurant you find in Paris will use organic ingredients, many of the best restaurants, bakeries, and cafés are proud to do so. Here are a few spots where you’re sure to find a good gluten-free, bio meal in Paris.
Biosphère Café is one of the city’s first organic and gluten-free restaurants. The Ladurée- and Angelina-trained pastry chef takes her experience in classic French pâtisserie and applies it to gluten-free. The restaurant proposes galettes, corn flour-based homemade pasta, and salads—all made using organic ingredients.

Café Pinson is another early gluten-free organic address. Now with two locations in the city, this go-to lunch spot is perfect for an afternoon snack or leisurely lunch among friends.

Apéti is a favorite organic address among vegans, but even carnivores will enjoy this inventive cuisine served in a bright and smile-inducing setting.

Abattoir Végétal is a buzzing restaurant that uses seasonal ingredients to make inspired vegan and vegetarian dishes. The restaurant serves gluten-free bread from Paris institution Chambelland.

Otium is known for its cold-pressed juices, but the café also offers all kinds of vegetarian lunch options in its cozy and inviting dining room. All ingredients are certified organic and in the height of their season.
